About John

With over 30 years’ experience working in property law, John is an expert in handling complex real estate transactions for a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, registered providers, occupiers and funders.

He has acted on behalf of national multiple retailers in their acquisition programmes and portfolio asset management, as well as supporting landlords and occupiers in relation to the development and letting of industrial and warehousing units.

John also deals with investment acquisitions and disposals and has acted on behalf of local authority-backed property companies on investment acquisitions and disposals, regeneration and development projects.

His experience in the charity and sports sectors led to John supporting on the real estate elements of the FA’s national football hub projects.
