Event Terms and Conditions

General

These terms apply to any provision of training or legal update whether on or offline by Muckle LLP: https://www.muckle-llp.com/.

All personal data processed for the purposes of processing any request for training or legal update will be undertaken in line with our privacy policy here: https://www.muckle-llp.com/privacy-policy/.

Payment

Not all of our training or legal updates are chargeable. However, unless being provided free of charge, payment of the fee for the training or legal update is due either on booking or immediately on receipt of invoice. The party reserving the booking will be responsible for ensuring payment of the fee.

Access

If the training or legal update is being provided online, then access will be provided once payment has been made in full (or confirmation of your place being reserved is received where no payment is being charged). 

Online access will be provided directly to the email address provided.

If the training or legal update is being provided face to face, either at our premises, yours or a third party’s, then any relevant materials will be provided on the day unless otherwise agreed.

Duration

Online access to any training or legal update provided online will be available for 28 days from payment being made or receipt of the training, whichever is the later.

Cancellations and refunds

In the event you change your mind and no longer wish to proceed with the training or legal update you agree to inform us as soon as possible. If you are paying for the training or legal update, you are able to cancel within 14 days of the booking date provided that any online training or legal update has not already been accessed or the face-to-face training or legal update does not fall within that period. Where you cancel outside of the 14-day period, then you will remain liable for the cost of the training or legal update (if any) unless otherwise agreed.

Technical requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your systems allow for access to any online training or legal updates booked with us. We have no responsibility or liability for any issues which may arise in you trying to access any online training or legal update and you acknowledge and agree that due to the learning course being provided via the internet it is not possible for us to guarantee access at all times. There are technical matters which may affect that access which are outside of our control and we have no liability or responsibility in relation to them.

In the event you are receiving training or legal updates face-to-face on your premises, then you are responsible for ensuring appropriate and safe facilities and systems to enable the training or legal update to take place and we have no responsibility or liability for any issues which may arise during the provision.

If the training or legal update is being supplied at a third-party venue then again, you acknowledge and agree that the facilities and systems are outside of our control and we have no responsibility or liability in relation to them.

These terms are subject to English law and any dispute shall be determined exclusively by the English courts.
