    • Reviewing objectives
    • Structuring ongoing support network
    • Planning for the medium and longer-term
Additional benefits

Additional benefits include access to our working parents’ network and internal mentors. You can choose to connect with an internal parental leave mentor alongside the structured coaching programme.

The programme also includes a 1:1 coaching session for your line manager to ensure you’re getting the best possible support.
