About Kitija
Kitija is a paralegal in our banking team and a member of both the National Paralegal Register and the National Association of Licensed Paralegals.
She deals with the banking side of corporate transactions, restructuring, loans and insolvency; and drafts security documentation, corporate and personal guarantees, facility agreements, board minutes, shareholder resolutions and directors’ certificates.
Kitija also assists on acting for and advising regional lenders, national banks, charities and trusts, alternative finance providers and individual borrowers.
