About Georgia
Georgia is a Solicitor in our Banking and Restructuring team, advising on general banking and security arrangements. She works with high street banks, alternative finance providers, corporate and individual borrowers and charities.
Having completed seats in our Corporate and Construction and Engineering teams as a trainee, Georgia also has experience across acquisition, real estate and project finance.
Prior to joining Muckle, Georgia was a Paralegal at an international law firm. She assisted with onshore and offshore renewable energy, telecoms and commercial development projects - gaining experience across a variety of practice areas but with a particular focus on project finance transactions.
Real Estate Finance
Georgia works closely with our Real Estate and Construction teams to provide a full service for clients on real estate and development funding transactions. Recent experience includes advising on the refinance of multiple properties involving overseas entities, a multi-million pound development finance loan for a large commercial property developer and funding for the development of a hotel.
