Hannah joined Muckle in 2017 as a trainee and moved to the Employment department for her third and fourth seat, eventually qualifying into the team in September 2019. Hannah advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law, from day to day advice to advising on large corporate transactions.
Hannah provides general day to day employment advice encompassing disciplinary and grievance issues, varying terms and conditions of employment, redundancy processes and performance and absence management. Hannah’s work involves drafting contracts of employment, service agreements, policies and procedures and staff handbooks to ensure they are compliant with current legislation, and fit the needs and objectives of each organisation. On the contentious side, Hannah has experience acting for employers defending employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims.
In her spare time Hannah can usually be found wrapped up in a good book. She also loves to travel and keep fit and is an active member of the Muckle Runners.
