About Paula

Paula is a solicitor in our employment team. She provides day-to-day pragmatic and commercial employment advice to a range of clients, which includes handling the management of tribunal cases.

Settlement agreements, contractual documentation, staff handbooks, policies and procedures are all in Paula’s remit.

Paula originally joined the firm as a PA before moving into a paralegal role while completing her apprenticeship via the North East Solicitor Apprenticeship (NESA) scheme. She qualified as a solicitor in 2024.
