An employment law specialist with a passion for equality, diversity and inclusion, Lisa advises regional, national, and international clients on a variety of employment issues, covering everything from day-to-day employment issues to large scale projects, including employment tribunals, reorganisations, and TUPE transfers, as well as dealing with corporate transactions from an employment standpoint.
Her experience spans a range of sectors including social care, social housing, manufacturing, engineering, hospitality, finance and education.
Lisa also plays a pivotal role in bringing Muckle employment law events and training to the masses, speaking regularly to HR and business leaders throughout the North East and beyond.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the North East Employment Tribunal User Group.

Lisa has been advising employers on all aspects of employment law for 15 years. This includes managing complex employment relations issues, including industrial action, drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures, advising on projects such as large-scale redundancies and TUPE transfers and defending all types of employment tribunal claims, including equal pay and whistleblowing claims.
As part of the public sector team, Lisa regularly advises public sector employers, including those in the education sector, and is the lead employment advisor to public sector clients, including Tees Valley Combined Authority.
