About Imaan
Imaan is a solicitor in our employment team, working with clients at all levels – from providing day-to-day HR advice through to supporting with strategic advice on redundancy, TUPE, tribunal claims and employment law disputes.
Imaan also provides support with employment matters related to corporate transactions. Prior to joining Muckle, Imaan trained with an international law firm and gained valuable experience working on secondment for a large, multinational corporation. Her in-house background means she understands matters from a client perspective and can support with the specific legal needs of our clients.
Business Immigration
Imaan assists clients with a variety of business immigration work, giving practical advice and support to ensure the immigration process is more accessible to businesses. This includes advising on employing migrant workers, sponsor licence applications, sponsor obligations and right-to-work checks.
She also works alongside our wider business immigration team, supporting clients with preparing for potential Home Office audits.
