Roland rejoined Muckle in 2026 as an associate solicitor in the employment team. He advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal claims and workplace policies, restructuring, and corporate transactions.

Roland qualified as a solicitor in 2016, bringing a decade of experience in delivering specialist legal support to individuals and companies within the sector.

Having worked at Muckle previously before spending some time working at a specialist employment firm, Roland was drawn back to Muckle due to the firm’s commitment to its people and clients as well as its deep ties in the community, including the many causes it supports. Roland is also passionate about the firm’s focus on collaboration and the chance to work with various teams across the firm, as well as its commitment to delivering excellent client service across the board.
