Craig is a solicitor in our employment team. Having previously worked as a paralegal in employment before joining Muckle in 2021, Craig is well-versed in supporting clients with both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. This includes day-to-day employment law queries, advice on projects which engage TUPE considerations and managing employment tribunal claims for respondent clients on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
He provides employment support on corporate transactions using his experience gained from completing a seat in our Corporate team during his training contract.
Craig also supports employers with business immigration issues, particularly in relation to the increasingly significant area of sponsor licences, and helps to deliver webinars as part of our employment team's training and events programme.

Craig is a member of our business immigration team, helping to advise employers on all aspects of immigration, including right-to-work in the UK permissions and the consequences employers may face for failing to prevent illegal working.
Throughout his training, Craig has gained experience in supporting employers to become licenced sponsors of migrant workers, advising them on options for recruitment and about the ongoing sponsor obligations employers are subject to.
