About Hayden
Hayden is an associate solicitor in our corporate team, advising clients through business sales and acquisitions and private equity deals.
Hayden was shortlisted for Young Lawyer of the Year at the Insider North East Young Professionals Awards in both 2023 and 2024.
Hayden has worked on several significant deals, including the Kitwave Group IPO (2021), the £85m sale of Aspire Technology to LDC Private Equity (2022), the secondary private equity buyout by Perwyn of the Iamproperty Group (2023) and the acquisition by Version 1 of IT consulting firm, Automation Logic (2023).
