In addition to commercial disputes, Georgia has experience advising clients in relation to contentious trusts and probate matters, combining her commercial awareness with the sensitive and pragmatic approach that is often necessary for private client disputes. Alongside supporting clients, Georgia is completing her specialist qualification through the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists to expand the expertise she is able to offer in this area.
During her training contract, Georgia gained experience in the firm’s real estate and commercial teams, and prior to joining Muckle, Georgia worked as an in-house commercial paralegal at a Premier League football club, where she advised and worked on a variety of commercial matters, including contracts, sponsorship agreements and regulatory issues.
“Efficient, prompt, and professional service. Tom and Georgia made preparing an agreement to reassign intellectual property a smooth process. Communication was timely and clear. They took time to explain what was required and, crucially, why it was vital for future protection."
Georgia's experience in commercial litigation is a distinct advantage when it comes to advising on contentious probate and trusts matters. She is comfortable managing all kinds of disputes efficiently and with attention to detail, ranging from smaller claims to high value disputes.
This background helps Georgia understand her clients’ needs and guide them through trusts and inheritance issues with sensitivity and with a discrete and supportive approach.
