Jenny has studied and worked in the North East for most of her life and has a vast amount of advising public and private organisations on procurement.
She is fluent in the complex competitive dialogue and negotiated procedure procurements essential for advising on the structure and process of public procurement. Her experience includes advising on evaluation exercises for the mark-up of contracts by bidders and advising public and private sector clients on choice of procedure, applicable contract terms and exemptions.
Jenny regularly provides training on the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, contracting and governance issues. She also has an understanding of the requirements of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016, and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and the Procurement Lawyers’ Association.
Away from the office, Jenny devotes most of her time to her two young children, taking them to countless birthday parties, classes and activities. And while multi-lingual Jenny, who speaks French, Spanish, Czech and Polish, never likes to blow her own trumpet, she does enjoy playing a variety of musical instruments whenever time allows.
