Hayden is an associate solicitor in our Corporate team, advising clients through business sales and acquisitions, private equity deals and corporate reorganisation. He also deals with general and shareholder matters including option schemes and shareholder arrangements.

Hayden was shortlisted for Young Lawyer of the Year at the Insider North East Young Professionals Awards 2022.

Hayden has worked on several deals recognised in the North East Insider Dealmakers Awards including the Kitwave Group IPO (2021), the sale of Hadrian Healthcare to Aviva Investors (2020) and the investment in the Naked Deli by Foresight Group (2018).
