About Hayley

Hayley joined Muckle in 2026 as a senior associate in our dispute resolution team. Before joining Muckle, Hayley worked at a reputable national law firm in dispute resolution, where she progressed from solicitor to senior associate. 

Hayley provides commercial advice on a variety of contentious matters, including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence, intellectual property disputes relating to patents, trademarks and copyright (protection and infringement) and partnership disputes. This work complements Hayley’s specialism in contentious probate and trusts and agricultural disputes. As well as acting for private individuals, Hayley regularly acts for directors, shareholders, charities and professional executors following the death of a loved one.

Hayley prides herself on her ability to build excellent client relationships and is known for her pragmatic and forward-thinking approach and ability to resolve disputes efficiently for clients across a range of sectors.
