The team are not just the most active in the North East for the quarter but are the 5th most active legal advisor in the UK.
20 deals done in the North East
During the quarter we advised on 20 transactions in the North East, including advising former North East Company of the Year, Aspire Technology Solutions, in a leading deal which saw the company secure significant investment from mid-market private equity firm LDC, valuing the business at £85m.
