We are delighted to announce that we have won the national award for Service Delivery Efficiency and Innovation.

This is an amazing achievement for our Debt Recovery team and great recognition of the automation journey the team are currently on as they work towards launching our new “Muckle Collect” online debt recovery service. It also validates the firm’s continual investment in new technology to improve efficiencies and give great results for our clients.

We are delighted to have been awarded the Investors in People Gold Award along with the Health and Wellbeing Award.

This award recognises the hard work we have put in over recent years, on the development of our values and behaviours. It recognises our new and innovative approach to performance management and our passion for supporting the communities in which we live and work.
