What a way to end the week! After consistently working on some of the region’s biggest real estate deals, we’ve been crowned Property Law
Firm of the Year at the 2019 Insider North East Property Awards. It was the second time we have won the prestigious award in three years.
Amazing projects
Judges commented on our impressive work over the last 12 months, which has included advising on the 1.75-acre Newgate
Centre redevelopment, Tynexe Commercial’s 175,000 sqft office development, and the 20 year lease agreement for Tor Coatings’ new head office at Follingsby Park, Gateshead.
It was also a big night for some of our clients and contacts, particularly McAleer and Rushe – the developers behind the Newgate Centre regeneration, which picked up Commercial Development of the Year. Spanish City, Whitley Bay’s landmark redevelopment, was also recognised.
