Muckle supports Aspire Technology Solutions with acquisition
We’re pleased to have supported Aspire Technology Solutions, backed by LDC, as it steps up its UK expansion plans with the acquisition of Glasgow-headquartered Cloud Cover IT.
Aspire Technology Solutions is a cyber security and modern workplace-managed service provider which serves more than 1,700 customers with a team of about 250 people.
Headquartered in Gateshead, the group has additional offices in Leeds, Teesside and London,
As part of the acquisition, Cloud Cover IT will become part of the Aspire group, and its software development and business applications division will be rebranded as Flyte.
Established more than 11 years ago, the Glasgow-based business provides IT and digital transformation support.
Exciting new chapter
