A partner in our corporate team, Stephanie was named 'Corporate Lawyer of the Year' in 2024 at the Insider Dealmaker Awards.

She advises clients on a range of corporate finance matters such as the sales and acquisitions of businesses, private equity transactions and investments.

Notably, Stephanie advised Vertu Motors plc on the acquisition of Helston Garages Group (2022), Foresight on its investment in Quanta (2022) and the shareholders of D-Line Europe on the sale to Luceco plc (2023).
