About Kieran

Kieran is an associate solicitor in our dispute resolution team and has experience advising on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, intellectual property, judicial review, defamation and breach of privacy. 

In addition, Kieran works closely with our procurement team, advising and providing training to both contracting authorities and bidders in relation to pursuing/defending procurement challenges. 

Kieran has acted on several high-profile and complex matters and ensures that his advice is pragmatic, taking account not only the legal position but the commercial reality of each situation and the client’s key objectives.
