Kathryn Rayner

About Kathryn

Kathryn is based across Muckle’s Newcastle and Teesside offices and has extensive experience advising farmers, private landowners and landed estates on a broad range of estate management and rural property matters.

She has developed a particular specialism in energy development work, regularly acting for landowners in solar leases, battery storage projects, wind farms and associated transactions. Kathryn also provides expert guidance on agricultural leases, farm sales and acquisitions, complex title issues and estate planning.

Kathryn is also a trustee of the Richmondshire Museum, where she sits on the management committee and the Museum’s strategic planning team.
