Stephanie is a partner in our Corporate Finance team, she is recognised by Legal 500 UK as a 'Rising Star' and was named Young Lawyer of the Year at the Insider North East Young Professionals Awards in 2022. She was also shortlisted for 'Corporate Lawyer of the Year' in 2023.

She advises clients on a range of corporate finance matters such as the sales and acquisitions of businesses, private equity transactions and investments.

Notably, Stephanie advised Vertu Motors plc on the acquisition of Helston Garages Group (2022), Foresight on its investment in Quanta (2022) and the shareholders of D-Line Europe on the sale to Luceco plc (2023).
