Muckle advises BGF on significant tech investment

Lawyers in our corporate, commercial, employment, data protection and real estate teams have advised BGF on its multi-million-pound investment into North East-based engineering and tech company, Origin Tech Ltd.

The investment will support Origin Tech’s ongoing development ambitions, which include driving faster growth and expanding its international footprint.

Regional commitment

This investment forms part of BGF’s £3bn commitment to support high-potential companies across the UK over the next five years. This includes allocating £400m to North East and Yorkshire businesses, building on the £711m already invested in both regions combined since 2011.
