Rhiannon is a solicitor in the commercial team, providing support and assistance to clients, including drafting data protection and privacy policies, drafting data sharing and processing agreements, providing assistance in dealing with subject access requests (SARs) and personal data breaches, providing support with data protection training and providing advice and guidance with general data protection queries. 

She has also played a pivotal role in developing and delivering Muckle's robust data protection training programme to support organisations in complying with the UK data protection legislation.

Rhiannon assists with other commercial matters, for example, freedom of information and cyber security and has previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal. She completed her Law LLB degree at the University of Lincoln before completing her LPC at the University of Law. 

Rhiannon achieved her qualification in 2026 after completing the PSC whilst gaining hands-on experience in the commercial team as a paralegal.
