About Josh
Josh is a solicitor in the corporate finance team, helping clients with a number of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments and start-ups. Josh advises some of the team’s acquisitive clients, such as Fairstone and Hays Travel, and has developed a strategic and commercial approach to transactions for these repeat acquirers.
Notable transactions which Josh has advised on include the sale of Simpson and Parsons insurers to Livingbridge-backed Jensten Group (2023), the acquisition of Just Go Travel for Hays Travel (2023) and the sale of Beyond Digital (2024).
Josh’s broad understanding of hurdles which businesses face means he can pre-empt delays and signpost clients to get the right advice as early as possible.
