About Olivia

Olivia is a Solicitor in our Corporate Finance team where she acts for a range of different clients on corporate transactions. She has experience in advising selling shareholders on business disposals and serial corporate acquirers on business acquisitions including advising SkinBioTherapeutics.

Olivia also has particular expertise in public company governance and transactions, including advising The Lakes Distillery Company plc, Tekmar Group plc and Kitwave Group plc.

Prior to joining Muckle, Olivia worked for her family's Chartered Accountancy firm, for which she credits her business sense and client-focused approach. She also dedicates her free time as a Mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation, and is a proud member of the Muckle Green Team.

Olivia was shortlisted in the Insider North East Dealmakers Awards 2025, in the 'Emerging Dealmaker of the Year' category.
