Agriculture, Estates & Rural Property
After graduating from the University of Law in Leeds, Kathryn trained at a mid-sized law firm in her native Darlington. Drawn to our down to earth and progressive approach to legal services, Kathryn chose to join Muckle after completing her training.
Kathryn has already gained an impressive range of experience in agricultural, rural property and acting for developers, farming families and trust clients. She also has experience in a diverse range of work, having advised on complex first registrations, high value property sales and purchases and estate management, among other matters.
It was Kathryn’s love of the outdoors that first attracted her to agricultural law. She spends most weekends hiking and camping in the Lake District and is busy ticking off her Wainwrights – 214 peaks or fells in England – all of which Kathryn aims to climb.
Getting out and meeting clients face to face is what our agriculture team does best, so Kathryn might even conquer some of those hills on the job.
