Agriculture expert joins growing team

Following a series of significant client wins, we have appointed one of the region’s leading solicitors to our fast growing Agriculture, Estates & Rural Property team.

Elizabeth Earle has joined us as a senior associate. Her appointment to the team, led by the nationally-renowned David Towns, will enhance our services in the agriculture sector.

13 years' specialist experience

Elizabeth, who lives in Hexham, Northumberland, joins us from Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP and has over 13 years’ experience in the field of agriculture, farms and rural estates work. She has considerable experience acting for private trusts and individuals, as well as charities and institutions, and her work includes commercial residential sales and purchases, rural estate management, planning and development.

Elizabeth said: "The opportunity to be part of the new dedicated team at Muckle LLP, helping the firm's agricultural, landed estate and rural property clients grow and develop their businesses, is very exciting.

“The firm already has an established reputation for providing excellent client service and going 'above and beyond' and I'm looking forward to building on that reputation across the region and further afield.”

Highly respected solicitor

David Towns, partner and head of Agriculture, Estates & Rural Property, said:

“Elizabeth is an excellent and highly respected solicitor whom I have had the pleasure of working with previously. Her ability to cut through to the detail and to provide clients with dynamic and pragmatic advice is second to none.

“I’m absolutely delighted that Elizabeth has chosen to join the team at Muckle. She brings with her a wealth of experience and talent which will add significantly to our offering.

Significant client wins

“The new Agriculture, Estates and Rural Property Team at Muckle has had a very successful start over the last few months, with numerous significant client wins, and I am really looking forward to growing the team further with Elizabeth’s support and expertise.”

Our growing Agriculture, Estates & Rural Property team consists of a range of specialist lawyers, including partner Libbie Henderson, associate Richard Nixon and solicitor Beth Thompson.
