Lawyers in our corporate, commercial, employment and real estate teams have acted for NorthEdge-backed Latus Group in its strategic acquisition of specialist occupational hygiene provider, Euro Environmental Limited. This marks the 4th acquisition our team has supported Latus Group with and the next step in Latus Group’s mission to modernise workplace healthcare.
The acquisition will help to further expand its fast-growing Latus Hygiene division, which has seen 50 per cent year-on-year growth.
Accelerating growth
South Yorkshire-based Euro Environmental Limited support a wide range of organisations with industrial safety compliance and built environment testing, from indoor air quality testing to noise assessments.
Leading provider of occupational health and workplace wellbeing services, Latus Group, offers health surveillance, management referrals, and mental health support for businesses.
Latus Group’s acquisition of Euro Environmental is its fourth acquisition since NorthEdge initially invested in the company in July 2024 as part of its strategy to deliver market-leading, end-to-end workplace health solutions. The latest acquisition will help Latus Group strengthen its capabilities and develop its service offering for organisations across the UK and Ireland.
