About Katharine

Katharine is a trainee in our commercial team. She supports with reviewing commercial contracts, assisting with drafting and providing advice on contracts and terms and conditions and working with the team’s lawyers on various other commercial matters.

Previously, Katharine was in the disputes team and assisted with commercial disputes including contract, negligence, defamation and breach of privacy. 

Katharine's first seat was with the corporate team, where she assisted with share and asset sales, private equity investments, corporate restructuring and company law and compliance issues. 

Before joining Muckle in 2022, Katharine completed her Law Conversion and LPC courses at Northumbria University, and spent time working in alternative dispute resolution.
