Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor

We’re looking for talented, motivated solicitors to join our busy and growing Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. We currently have two roles available: one for a junior solicitor and one for a senior solicitor.

We are keen to speak to qualified solicitors with experience in commercial and residential property disputes, including:

• Assured/assured shorthold/regulated tenancies;
• ASB possessions;
• Ground rent and service charge recovery;
• 1954 Act lease renewals;
• Dilapidations;
• Rent reviews;
• Possessions;
• Forfeiture;
• Service charges; 
• Telecommunications;
• Trespass issues;
• Easements; 
• Agricultural and other real property issues; and
• FTT applications.

Who are we looking for? Across both roles, we are looking for individuals who are:

• Proactive and self-starting
• Technically strong with good attention to detail
• Commercially aware and solution-focused
• Strong team players who can interact confidently with both clients and colleagues

In addition to the above, the successful senior candidate will have:

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
• A strong interest in business development
• The drive and ambition to help grow an already successful team

The Real Estate Dispute Resolution team are a key part of the wider Muckle LLP team, which is over 190 people strong.  Our people are based across our Newcastle, Cumbria and Teesside offices.
