About Kate
Kate provides real estate legal advice for a range of key clients including banks, investors, landlords and tenants across a range of sectors including retail, office charitable, distribution and manufacturing. She was shortlisted for Young Lawyer of the Year at the 2022 Insider North East Young Professionals Awards.
As well as dealing with lettings for landlord and tenant clients, and acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, Kate is also involved in project work, assisting corporate colleagues on the real estate aspects of a range of different corporate transactions.
Supporting local charities and the community is important to Kate; she is on the Muckle Community team.
Corporate Finance
Kate often works alongside the Corporate team on public company deals, particularly initial public offerings (IPOs). She recently advised on the real estate due diligence aspects of the admission of Kitwave Group plc to AIM.
