Gail’s extensive experience in transactional real estate work covers aspects as diverse as drafting and negotiating disparate commercial property documents (including options, conditional contracts and pre-emption agreements), as well as leases and sale and purchase agreements.
In each case, Gail is committed to providing clear, pragmatic and focused advice that meets both the commercial and legal objectives of investors, developers and owner-occupiers alike. The same is also true whether she is dealing with the acquisition or disposal of single sites and investment portfolios, landlord and tenant matters, or secured lending. Gail regularly advises on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions too, as well as on corporate restructuring and insolvency projects.
An expert in real estate matters she may be, but sadly, however, it seems the same can’t be said when it comes to Gail and snowboarding. Yet despite describing herself as a ‘rubbish’ snowboarder, she still goes away each year for a week on the slopes. In fact travelling is clearly something Gail loves, having spent the six months prior to her training contract visiting the USA, the Cook Islands, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Lucky girl!
