About Rachel

Rachel joined Muckle’s Sports, Education, and Charities team in 2024. She advises clients on a range of legal matters, including contracts, governance and regulatory compliance. 

Rachel specialises in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, which includes business acquisitions and due diligence. She is also knowledgeable in corporate recovery matters.

Prior to joining Muckle, Rachel spent ten years practising in Leeds, before taking a career break. She returned to the legal profession in 2021.
