About Melissa

Melissa is a solicitor in our construction and engineering team. She advises a range of clients, including developers, investors, housebuilders, contractors and sub-contractors at all stages of the construction process. Melissa assists the team by helping draft and negotiate building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties. 

Melissa was previously a solicitor in our corporate finance team, qualifying in 2023.
