About Harry

Harry joined Muckle in 2024. He assists our banking and restructuring team with a wide range of financial transactions, corporate refinancing, and insolvency and restructuring matters.

He previously worked in our real estate team, supporting with property transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, development and property finance. 

Prior to this, he assisted our real estate dispute resolution team with both commercial and residential property disputes including lease termination issues, lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations and general boundary disputes.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Newcastle University, Harry studied the GDL and LPC at the University of Law, achieving distinction in both.
