Partner and Head of the Employment Team
With vast amounts of practical experience as an employment lawyer with a predominantly employer-based practice, Chris is, as you might imagine, fully au fait with ‘bigger picture’ issues, and therefore believes in taking a wider perspective, not just a legal view.
Having so much experience in all aspects of employment law means Chris is well versed in matters such as tribunal representation and equality and diversity issues. However, he also has wide-ranging public and private sector experience which has been gained while acting for clients such as regional development agencies, local authorities, statutory bodies, PLCs and multi-national employers.
An experienced tribunal advocate, Chris’s also has substantial knowledge of enforcing post-termination obligations through the High Court. The training seminars he leads are always something of a hit with clients. As is the fact that Chris’s first-class Employment Team is dedicated to providing excellent legal advice for its clients that’s on time and within budget.
Born and raised in Wales, Chris is a life-long rugby fan and also a keen cyclist. He regularly takes to the road and is the driving force behind MuckleLLP’s cycling club – Muckle Wheelers – which he set up in 2015.
