Muckle advises Latus Group on its fifth strategic acquisition

Swiftly following the announcement last month of Latus Group’s fourth acquisition, we are delighted to have supported Latus Group and NorthEdge again on their fifth acquisition, and the first in the North East.

To support the expansion of its occupational hygiene division, Latus Group has acquired North East-based occupational hygiene firm Cirrus Environmental Solutions. This marks a significant period of growth for Latus Group following its recent acquisition of Euro Environmental Limited earlier in 2026.

Scaling up

Cirrus specialises in occupational hygiene services, including air quality and exposure monitoring, and whole body and hand-arm vibration monitoring. Latus' latest acquisition will see Cirrus' team of highly qualified occupational hygienists join its operations and extend its impact throughout the UK.

Additionally, Cirrus' office in the North East will become the Northern Hub for Latus Group, part of their strategy to extend their market-leading workplace health solutions to the Northern regions.
