Four years in a row as Best Place to Work

We're delighted to have won the Best Place to Work (Northumberland & Tyneside) award at the 2026 North East Business Awards for the fourth year in a row.

The award recognises businesses that put their people first through a strong focus on work-life balance, wellbeing initiatives, recognition and rewards, career progression, training, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

On to the North East final

As winners of the Northumberland & Tyneside regional heat, we'll now go on to represent the area at the North East Business Awards Grand Final, where we'll compete against the Best Place to Work winners from the region's other heats.

The overall North East Business Awards winners will be announced at the Grand Final on 1 October.

We're incredibly proud to once again be recognised for the importance we place on our people and look forward to celebrating alongside the region's other outstanding businesses at the final.
