Want to experience an employment tribunal situation first-hand and take home real-world insights?
Geraldine Nidderdale has taken legal action against her former employer, Dodgyaz Limited, on the grounds of unfair dismissal, injury to her feelings, and damage to her reputation.
On Wednesday, 6 May 2026, along with Parklane Plowden Chambers barristers, we're inviting you to join us at Rheged in Penrith and take part in an immersive mock employment tribunal, dealing with the case of Geraldine Nidderdale vs. Dodgyaz Limited.
This is a unique opportunity to see employment tribunal proceedings in action and learn what to expect from a real courtroom. You'll also witness some of the common pitfalls faced by employees, HR professionals and others when dealing with employment disputes.
What’s in store…
Brought to life by interactive discussions from our employment law experts from Muckle and Parklane Plowden Chambers, this 3-hour mock tribunal session will uncover how witness evidence is given, how tribunal judges reach a decision, and why.
You’ll be provided with the relevant documentation one day before the event and sent a follow-up reminder on the morning of the event to get you up to speed with the case.
The jury is in… for an unforgettable day!
