During this data protection round-up, we will be discussing how to manage artificial intelligence (AI) generated subject access requests (SAR), including but not limited to:

• understanding how to establish what the data subject is requesting and how to manage their SAR;
• being aware of themes and trends, for example, requests for metadata; and
• being aware of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025's expectations on organisations to carry out reasonable and proportionate searches.

This session will last no longer than 60 minutes and will include time for questions and discussion.
