This year we have walked out of a little darkness into light courtesy of various ACAS publications. We have received:
- guidance on using personal devices such as mobile phones and ipads at work, where companies permit and/or encourage employees to use their own personal electronic devices for work purposes;
- guidance on managing and handling redundancy situations; and
- guidance on handling redundancy situations for pregnant employees and those on maternity leave.
