The role
We are looking to speak with experienced Paralegals who are passionate about litigation and are interested in joining our growing Commercial Debt Recovery team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic legal team, working on a broad and varied caseload of commercial debt recovery and litigation matters.
As an experienced Team Leader, you will play an important role in managing a volume caseload while supporting the development of junior members of the team and managing volume clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with pre-action disputes.
- Issuing county court claims.
- Obtaining judgments.
- Enforcement.
- Client reports.
- Client meetings.
- Payments, billing and general file management.
- Supporting senior members of the team with the development and supervision of junior legal professionals.
- Sharing your knowledge and experience to support the technical and professional development of colleagues
So, who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced paralegal with at least six months' experience of leading a team, together with strong technical expertise in litigation.
You will be a proactive, motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. You will enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and be committed to delivering an exceptional level of client service.
You will also have:
