About Stacey
Stacey joined Muckle in 2025 as a solicitor in the corporate team. She advises on corporate governance matters, including governance issues and corporate structures, share buybacks, shareholders' agreements, share transfers, as well as constitutional documentation.
After completing her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Northumbria University, Stacey worked in local legal firms before travelling and gaining experience in firms in Australia and New Zealand. After returning to the North East, Stacey gained extensive experience at a well-known local firm before completing her training through CILEX and qualifying into their commercial team.
Stacey brings with her a wealth of experience in corporate law, having specialised in the field for several years.
