About Ryan
Ryan joined Muckle in 2026 as a solicitor in the restructuring team.
Ryan has an extensive background working on insolvency and restructuring issues both in private practice and in-house. After qualifying in September 2023, Ryan gained valuable experience within a renowned national law firm based in the region. He later worked in‑house for a firm of insolvency practitioners managing and supporting on a wide variety of insolvency and restructuring assignments day-to-day including pre-appointment advisory work and formal officeholder appointments. During his time in-house, he obtained the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) qualification issued by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
He brings with him a wealth of experience advising insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors on a broad range of insolvency and restructuring issues including distressed purchases and sales, officeholder investigations, and the pursuit of antecedent transactions by officeholders.
