About Ross

Ross is a partner in our Construction and Engineering team. He has a wealth of experience, bringing expert knowledge in non-contentious construction and engineering legal matters.

Ross acts for developers, corporate occupiers, funders, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors across several sectors, including property (residential and commercial), energy, banking & finance, public sector and education. 

Ross is experienced in advising on general construction procurement and negotiating both industry-standard and bespoke building contracts (including JCT and NEC) in respect of a wide range of projects, including retail and office fit-outs, hotels, student accommodation and residential developments.

He is also highly knowledgeable in drafting and negotiating consultant appointments and other security-related documents, such as collateral warranties, performance bonds and parent-company guarantees. Ross is also experienced in advising on the construction-related aspects of development agreements and facility agreements.
