Rhiannon rejoined Muckle in 2026 as a solicitor in the real estate team. She advises on a wide range of real estate matters including sales and purchases, development and planning and environmental issues.

Rhiannon qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has over a decade of experience delivering expert legal advice to landowners, landlords and developers across the North East.

She first joined Muckle’s real estate team in 2015 and left in 2021 to explore a different career. After five years in education, her passion for legal practice and the opportunity to return to Muckle’s real estate team drew her back to the firm.
