About Rachael

Rachael is a senior associate in our sports, education and charities team, where she advises on a wide range of legal issues, including mergers, acquisitions and asset transfers.

After achieving her Master of Arts in Law at the University of Cambridge, she qualified at a magic circle law firm before working for a well-known law firm as a solicitor in the charities and social enterprises team. She has since gained extensive experience in other legal roles.

She brings a wealth of legal experience relevant to charities, having worked on various areas in her career to date, including international development projects and grant-giving.
